SELLING WITH SULLIVAN'S AUCTIONS

Selling with us is easy. Call the auction and arrange a time to bring your items to the saleroom. (We do not accept low-value items and bric a brac). Most days the team are out on clearances so please call and book an appointment to avoid disappointment. The minimum consignment value must be above £50 (the sale value of your items, individual or combined). 

COMMISSION & FEES

Our lotting fee is £3.00 plus VAT (£3.60), this is normal for individual items or a collection of items. If you wish to place an electrical time there is an additional fee of £2.00 PLUS VAT to carry out a Portable appliance test (if the electrical items are in a box of assorted items they are considered sold as seen for spares and repairs. If the item is large (large furniture and white goods) and takes up more space in the auction there is an additional charge of £1.50 plus VAT. For very large items, vehicles, air weapons and firearms please get in touch with the auction to discuss fees. 

DELIVERY AND COLLECTIONS

Collections are strictly the Tuesday and Wednesday following the sales. Please be aware we are closed on the Friday after the sale. If items are not collected on the collection days you will incur a minimum storage and insurance charge of £5 then £2.50 per lot, per day. We offer a limited delivery service but have local delivery agents who can deliver at a competitive rate. Large items can be delivered but please contact the auction prior to bidding for a quote.

Q. Can I just turn up for a valuation on my items?

A. Unfortunately not, we are a very busy auction and you will need to book a time and date slot. 

 

Q. Can anyone turn up and sell.

A. Yes, we are open to the public. Please be aware selling fees apply.
